The Hare Krishna Temple in Toronto has been offering Sunday classes for children ages 3+ for over a decade. Lessons are based on the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Srimad Bhagavatam and other Vedic literatures. A variety of spiritual topics are discussed-
• Devotional Practices
• What Makes Someone God?
• The Material World and the Spiritual Sky
• Who Am I?
• Bhagavad Gita
• Vaishnava Behavior and
• Animals in the Vedas, etc.
They also learn Sanskrit slokas and practical devotional service.

What’s more? Children engage in a wide variety of fun activities that keep them both intellectually and spiritually stimulated! These activities include:
• performances on year-round festivals, such as Ramanavami, Janamastami, Diwali • bi-annual Kids Camp during summer and Reading Week • picnics, contests and annual parties • sporty outdoor activities; and much more!
